Yes. 100% Authentic. All our items are either self-manufactured or imported directly from the source. We carry reliable brands from multiple countries and offer a wide array of choices.
What are your Return Policies?
We offer a Thirty (30) day (upon delivery) replacement warranty on all our items, regardless of location (metro manila or provincial), for Factory Defects. Our management team reserves the right to request for additional information to determine whether or not the damage is a factory defect or customer negligence/error.
We do NOT refund or exchange items if the customer changed their mind on their purchase.
What is your delivery scope?
We ship nationwide*. We offer both Cash on Delivery and Regular Shipping everywhere (Third-Party Courier ODZ locations excluded).
Within Metro Manila and certain parts of Rizal: 1 Day
Available Provincial Areas: 2-6 Days
*No deliveries during Sundays and certain Holidays.
Is it possible to request for a specific day and time for delivery?
For orders within Metro Manila, we can schedule your order on a specific day but not at a specific time due to the zoning of our personal delivery team.
For Provincial orders, it is not possible to request a specific delivery day/time from our third-party courier.
How will I know if my order is on the way?
Within Metro Manila, our delivery team personally call or text our customers to let them know that they are on the way. Our customers also receive a text from our customer support team early in the day to inform them of their scheduled delivery.
For Provincial orders, our third-party courier sends out a text and a confirmation email as soon as they receive your package and provide you with your tracking number. This allows our customers to personally track their package/order whenever they want.
